Designing a Customized Plan

The Hines Group will design, implement and evaluate your marketing strategy. Effective marketing strategies have many moving parts. We will determine which moving parts to focus on and set up a consultation with you. The consultation includes a thorough assessment of your business and a comprehensive marketing recommendation. The recommendation provides you with the step-by-step actions you will need to achieve your business goals and the framework for creative direction such as scripts or visual samples to aid you in understanding the marketing direction.

Advisory Role

We will act as a part-time marketing director for your organization designing your marketing strategy and managing implementation that will drive the growth of your company.

Strategic Partner Role

We will act as a member of your team and business; as your strategic partner implementing an effective business plan. We work with you on three levels for you to get the most out of your time and so you can see the return on investments (ROI’s) that your company needs for growth.

The Three Levels

Level 1: Assessment

We conduct a thorough assessment of your business so that we can put forth the best-recommended strategies. From this, we develop a comprehensive marketing recommendation. For instance, you might need a specific creative message, a better website, or a media campaign targeted to a certain audience. We provide you with step-by-step actions to achieve results from these recommendations and provide creative direction so your media POPS.

Level 2: Implementation

Based on our recommendation from the assessment, we take our step-by-step actions and walk you through them. We then implement your marketing plan and help you obtain the ROI’s needed by working with our media buying services and our digital experts in web design and social media marketing.

Level 3: Evaluation

Some marketing consultants stop at the IMPLEMENTATION stage. At The Hines Group, we take it a step further and review our step-by-step action plan to see what worked, what led to success, and what flopped. From this, we can fine-tune your marketing and strategic plan for the future. This final stage of evaluation and reassessment is critical to making sure that your business will continue to implement appropriate marketing strategies.
